Steps to Becoming a Volunteer

We try to make the process of becoming a volunteer as personal and relaxed as possible.

1. You can register your interest in becoming a volunteer by phone: 1800 225 474;
2. Complete an application form;
3. You will attend an interview and orientation session with one of our staff;
4. We will require you to complete an Australian Government Police check as you will be working with vulnerable clients;
5. We attempt to match you to a relevant volunteer position as soon as possible.

Volunteers are offered ongoing training and invitations to events throughout the year.
