Disability Services

Many people in the community report a life restricting disability and need access to products and services which assist them in their daily lives.

Catholic Community Services works with people who have a disability resulting from a range of factors, including genetic causes, acquired brain injury, age related restrictions and mental health/psychiatric disabilities.

Our focus on Strengths Based Practice facilitates a rehabilitation/recovery approach, recognising abilities & opportunities and supporting people in their activities of daily living. We provide the following services;

1. Respite for carers of young people with severe or profound disabilities, based in Dubbo.
2. Support with activities of daily living
3. Case management
4. Respite - home and community based
5. Transition to work
