Catholic Community Services values your input and feedback. Feedback from clients helps us to provide the best possible care and support to enable you to maintain your health and wellbeing.

You can provide feedback in any of the following ways:

Charter of Rights and Responsibilities for Community Care
Catholic Community Services complies with the Department of Health and Ageing's Charter of Rights and Responsibilities for Community Services. This Charter applies to clients who receiving the following Packaged Care Services:

 

  • Community Aged Care Packaged (CACP)
  • Extended Care at Home Packages (EACH)
  • Extended Care at Home Dementia Packages (EACH-D)

 

This Charter will provide you with information on your general rights and responsibilities as well as in relation to participation, care and services, personal information, communication, comments or complaints and fees.
